Walk for Skin in Warwickshire!
If taking a stroll on a beautiful summer’s day sounds appealing, you may as well come over to Ragley and help fight skin disease at the same time…
Walking? On a Sunday?
Definitely! Get those walking shoes on for a relaxing five-mile circular walk on Sunday 23rd May starting at 12pm, so not exactly an early start! Just smell that country air!
Fine, where should I go?
This year the walk takes place at the beautiful Ragley Hall in Alcester. The walk will start next to the Lakeside Café in the grounds before heading through pretty woodland, farmland and the Jerwood Foundation sculptures along the way. You’ll also get stunning views of one of England’s most stunning Palladian houses. If you’re into beautiful countryside scenery, this one won’t disappoint.
What about the kids? All our walks are designed with children in mind and this one is no different. Younger walkers will get to play in the 3D maze, the adventure playground as well as the aerial runway, meaning there’s a little something for everyone at this walk.
So what’s the next step?
Simply register online or by post. Have a look to the right for full details, but a family ticket is a measly £10; otherwise it’s £5 for adults and £3 for children. We’ll get you a fundraising pack through the post along with your FREE Walk for Skin T-shirts and everything else you’ll need to have a fabulous day out for the family.
