British Skin Foundation UK Eczema Biologics Register Grant 2017
The British Skin Foundation is offering a £200,000, three year grant to fund the pilot phase of a UK Eczema Biologics Register. This grant has been made available through a generous donation by the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD).
Applications are sought from UK academic centres and clinical involvement from the UK Dermatology Community is encouraged. The study must include a research question of national importance to the NHS so that the project will be eligible for the NIHR portfolio. It should be multi-centred at the outset with the potential of expanding to all dermatology departments. The BAD's resources and experience at managing industry contracts for the benefit of research projects will also be available to the successful centre. The Data will be wholly owned by the BAD who will make it available to Academic centres for the purposes of research and teaching
Applications are available now and the closing date for submissions is Monday 8th May 2017. The grant will be awarded at the 97th Annual Meeting of the BAD in Liverpool in July.
