Our Community News Ocean Brothers visit Buckingham Palace May 2018 Ocean Brothers Jude Massey and Greg Bailey enjoyed a trip to Buckingham Palace for one of Her Majesty The Queen’s annual Garden Parties in recognition of people who have made a positive impact on their community. The brothers had the honour of being introduced to HRH Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex, who listened to stories of their transatlantic row. The palace served afternoon tea with sandwiches, cakes and pastries for the guests as they listened to the brass bands play. The half-brothers from Lymington are trying to raise £100,000 for skin cancer research in memory of their dad/stepdad who sadly suffered from skin cancer for 16 years before he passed away in 2015. They rowed 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean on a vegan diet from Gran Canaria to Barbados, starting in January and ending in March. Donate What is skin cancer? By donating to skin disease research you are helping us to find treatments and cures for common conditions like eczema, acne and psoriasis through to potential killers like melanoma skin cancer. Thank you.
