Our Community News The Skin Health Alliance donates £180,000 to research December 2019 The British Skin Foundation would like to thank the Skin Health Alliance and its partners for a generous donation of £180,000 towards skin disease and skin cancer research at the close of 2019. The Skin Health Alliance awards professional, dermatological accreditation to products, services and brands around the world. This accreditation reassures consumers that the products have been independently verified as skin safe. James Stalley, Skin Health Alliance Director of Business Development explains, After another successful year we are delighted to continue our support for the British Skin Foundation’s research going into 2020. We are proud to be able to share our success with a cause close to our hearts. British Skin Foundation Fundraising Manager Kelly Taylor says, Donations like this are invaluable to the British Skin Foundation as we don’t receive any statutory funding and rely completely on donations. These funds will help us to support more pioneering and lifesaving research. Donate to skin disease and skin cancer research By donating to skin disease research you are helping us to find treatments and cures for common conditions like eczema, acne and psoriasis through to potential killers like melanoma skin cancer. Thank you.
