We are a society specifically dedicated to the relationship between dermatologic problems and their psychosocial effects that seriously affect patients' lives. This means we know that skin conditions are more than cosmetic and can impact every area of a person's life causing anxiety, depression, and adverse health problems which can be debilitating.
