Calling all golf captains! Choose to support the BSF and help educate your club members about skin cancer and fund potentially life-saving research.

Why support our work?
Around 86% of melanoma cases and 90% of non-melanoma skin cancer cases in the UK relate to overexposure to UV light. This means that golfers are particularly vulnerable to the most common form of cancer in the UK. We also know that the most serious form of skin cancer, malignant melanoma is a potential killer.
The good news is that most skin cancers can be cured if caught early, that’s why we want to help educate your golfers on how to check their skin easily at home.
Whether you decide to host a golfing challenge, a golf day, or select the British Skin Foundation as your charity of the year, we’ll supply you with posters and flyers for your club, fundraising materials, and a talk along with a Q&A session with one of our team.
By supporting the BSF you will help to make your club members more skin cancer aware and help fund vital skin cancer research.
We’ll recognise your fundraising efforts across all our platforms and collaborate with your local press to highlight the club’s support for our vital work.
Money raised will go towards our research programme which funds studies like this pioneering melanoma test, skin cancer in transplant patients and developing a table top imaging device for fast, accurate skin cancer diagnosis.
Be part of the team that contributes to our next discovery! Contact events@britishskinfoundation.org.uk to get involved.
