Organising fundraising activities for the British Skin Foundation is a fantastic way for your employees to form greater working relationships, enhance communication skills and build upon leadership qualities.    

Fundraising for the BSF can take many different forms, bake sales, dress up/down day, a raffle are just a few simple ideas. For more inspiration take a look at our ‘Fundraise for us at Work’ document.

If you and your colleagues are an active bunch then a physical fundraising activity would be perfect for you. We have events for all abilities featured on our website, from running events to obstacle races to treks. Bespoke Challenges

The challenges featured on our website are all ‘open challenges’ this means that participants taking part in the challenge can do so for any charity they wish. However, if you have 10+ members of staff wishing to take part in a challenge event we can work with you to plan a bespoke challenge, which would come with such benefits as your company being a challenge sponsor.

Charity of the Year 

By making the British Skin Foundation your Charity of the Year we will help to provide your staff with exciting fundraising opportunities which will help your organisation make a meaningful impact on the lives of skin disease sufferers across the UK. 

We will work with you to produce a calendar full of interesting and motivational activities which will not only boost team morale but will also allow your customers to engage with your company in a new way.

Payroll Giving

Payroll Giving (also known as Give As You Earn or workplace giving) is a flexible scheme which allows anyone who pays UK income tax to give regularly and on a tax-free basis to the British Skin Foundation.

You decide how much you would like to give, and your employer deducts that amount from your pay each week or month.

Payroll Giving donations are deducted before tax so each £1.00 you give will only cost you 80p, and if you're a higher rate taxpayer it will only cost you 60p.

We have made it extremely easy for you to set up Payroll Giving. Simply complete the form and start giving towards vital skin disease and skin cancer research.
